good stuff all round. 100 years ago and I still remember this line from communication between bureaucrats. "The form sent to you should not have been sent to you. Please erase your initial and initial the erasure!"

And for those who use "White Out" they're not afraid of a mess.  It really plays havoc with a computer screen.
