👍 how true. I just started watching Giovanni Siracusa on utube. His recipes are simple, fresh and easy to understand because he uses very few ingredients. Hope you enjoy.

I do all the cooking in the household. Some Italian specialties but all by recipes handed down from my Sicilian grandmother to my mom, to me. But whenever we have company over or we go anywhere for dinner, it's Shirl who ALWAYS leads us to join hands and she says the blessing - always!
