after letting it sit in my 'in progress' file for a bit, I took a closer look. My real issue is with the very chrome heavy front end and the front to back proportions of the car, as presented. So, I did some edits to see if I could improve the car a bit.
As found:
Slimmed front bumper, decreased wheel size, mild dechroming:
Extended upper grill surround, altered rear quarter panel shape & length:
Raised front bumper, went a bit smaller on wheel size, further refined rear quarter panel shape:
Altered shape of and slimmed front bumper:
Further slimmed front bumper:
As shared in introductory text, my edits were made in the interest of slimming the heavily chromed front grill/bumper area and improving the front-to-rear proportions.
Was I successful?
Enjoy!
I like the 4th pic the best. It seems the best balanced. JMHO though. Very cool.😊
Last shot for me. I like the thin and lean look o f the chrome. It now looks ready to rock!
With each move, the car showed improvement. The tire/wheel size could still be further down sized IMO.
They all look the same to me.

Sorry guys, regardless of which version of this concept I look at, I DON'T like it. If I saw it at a car show, I'd walk past it as fast as I could.

@jack-dodds Beautiful Matador Jack. When they were introduced in the mid-seventies they looked very odd to me compared to the GM, Ford, and Chrysler offerings. But now I wouldn't mind having one.
@pete-rovero I felt much the same back in the day Pete. I doubt many of these cars survived so they may be collectible in the future; I don't recall seeing one at any car show to date.
@jack-dodds At my age, I don't believe I'll buy one for investment purposes. The Oleg Cassini version is the one to have.
