Here is that '41 Ford Deluxe Coupe mild custom shown in-progress a couple of weeks ago. You all voted to finish it so I have.

It isn't the same car because I wanted to view it from the front, rather than the back. I've included a photo of the in-progress car for comparison purposes.

In-progress:

41 Ford Business Coupe Survivor Modified PSX (3)

The beginning:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (1)

Very mild chop and dechroming:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (2)

Sectioned lightly at the beltline, filled the cowl, grill modification:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (3)

Significant body section plus simplified grill:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (4)

Final chop, grill work:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (4)

Grill work:

41 Ford Deluxe Coupe Custom PSSx (6)

Obviously, the car is much more refined as the modifications grow more significant.

Which edit do you prefer?

Enjoy!

It is a classic Ford automobile for 1941 and I especially like the first customized frontal view shown of this one. In 1/43, I have some of the First Response/Fleer 1941 Fords and they are favorites.

I like the third one. I prefer the smaller grille intakes on either side of the main grille; side exiting exhaust but no side pipes! Clean, purposeful and mean looking!

"The beginning:" For me. I appreciate your level of skill to create the other variations.

The "Very mild chop and dechroming" version is my favorite.  Thanks Terry!
