Catch & release only - it's in bad taste to eat what comes from the potholes!

Potholes are a breeze, it's the sinkholes that scare me. Here in NJ two large sinkholes where discovered on 2 major roads.

Wow! I like the idea of Das' Creamery's 'Sinkhole Sundae'. There were a bunch when I lived in Florida years ago. And how about the one in Bowling Green that played havoc in the Corvette Museum!!

@sizedoesmatter I can sympathize John. We all assume the ground we stand on is secure and suddenly find out it's not.

Mine got filled in yesterday. Road was closed, four trucks and eight men. Sure hope it lasts a few weeks. It was six feet wide.

@perrone1 "Catch & release only - it's in bad taste to eat what comes from the potholes!"

Tony; try the catch of the day Tony...the "Asphalt Ahi" is literally to die for.  The chef claims the secret is the pre-catch brine absorption and recommends it be served with ditch greens.
