Bought it new (a 1967 in early 1968) when I was discharged from the Army.

And I never raced it. But they were fun to watch; especially the D models with V-8's at Brands Hatch:

"I want my....I want my....I want my MGBeeeeeeeee"

Another one I'll bet you wish you had kept.  They were great little cars; I love your color choice Tony.

Watching that race clip is awesome....the powerful V-8 MGB can sure get squirrelly out there!

I loved them right up until they added that horrible looking plastic bumper /nose, circa 1974.

Had a 1971. Lots of fun driving but a bit of a rust bucket here in Canada. Could not afford to store for the Winter back then. Salt!

We had two of them- Yellow 1967- with the chrome bumpers and a later one with the ugly impact kind-
