Though it has no military except for a Coast Guard, Iceland is a member of NATO.

Hi Ed.
When I was last in Iceland in 2018, I did see NATO aircraft at Keflavik Airport.
Evidently, NATO countries share patrolling of Icelandic air space. The aircraft that I saw looked like F15s.
