We have a member map but when I wanted to see where someone was located I couldn't find any way of getting to it. I thought there might be a "Map" icon somewhere (e.g. in the "Members" section) but can't see one anywhere.  Only way I could think of getting to the map was by putting "Here's our map" in the search box.  That turned up some your old posts with a link to the Google map.

Not a serious problem at all. Just wondered if there is a "quick access" route to the map that I've overlooked?

Graeme, Go here first:  https://diecast.org/community/1_43/heres-our-map-you-should-be-on-it/

Next, click on the link that John shows in text or the "Click Here" link.

It takes you here:  https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=1dzPDCMbhap1uCYBG8Xr4MObeUWDWPAeH&ll=16.9554251951407%2C-92.2567712&z=3

It shows a few names. Click on "75 More" and all the names appear. Click on any name and it takes you to their map location.

Right. Seems a very roundabout way of getting there through a series of links that obviously can't be easily memorized. I was assuming there must be a direct link somewhere within the forums (e.g. at the top of the page along with "Home - Forums - Auctions - Member Dues" etc.)

I decided the easiest answer was to open JK's "Click Here" link as shown above and bookmark it in my browser for later reference.

@graeme-ogg, that's what I do. The map originally recorded Forum43 members. We could open it up to the entire Zone, if there's demand.
