Hello Everybody, I'm a new member, but have been collecting 1:43 model cars for 50 years, and have written 3 books on the subject, one of which is still available - British Sporting Cars in Miniature.

I own a Jensen C-V8 and an MGA, so models of these feature in my collection, but one is still missing. For my Jensen shelf, I need one of these Kenna models - the Austin A70 Hereford Countryman. Not the Woodie, but the Countryman - it is a model of a prototype made by Jensen for Austin, and Pete Kenna made around 100 of these after I advised him that there was a market for it.

does anyone out there own this model, and if so will you part with it, as I am very keen to own one.

I look forward to hearing from members of this club.

Thanks

David

Welcome and that looks to be a cool model. Sorry, it's on my wish list as well.

Welcome David, yes its great to see new members here. A google search brings up a number of links to your book. Looks very interesting, I'll look out for one available from the local Australian sources. Good luck with your hunt. I've always felt the search for that elusive model is an enjoyable part of collecting.
