I know this has been around since 1963, but I've always found it interesting.

Interesting. To look at an objective analysis of all these "coincidences" check out Snopes article here.

Bite your tongue George! I'm fairly convinced The Tooth Fairy is bogus but not Santa. All those Coca Cola ads can't be wrong!
@jack-dodds, Snopes says Santa is really a voyeur.
Well......if he is then you have to give him credit for being persistent enough to enter via the chimney to check around.

Snopes may be quite correct about a number of debunked coincidences here. But they are also rather wrong about some of their "factual" assertions about (especially) JFK's assassination.
There may be a number of apparently inaccurate claims from many sources ..... but Snopes is certainly not always the authority on what may actually be closer to the truth.

I've come to believe since the inception of social media and the over saturated news media sources out there, that there is no longer any truth or fact at all in our world. With the multitude of sources people read and follow, everyone is hearing and getting different versions of the news, different slants on the news, much of which is inaccurately reported with more sensationalism than fact in any of it. And every person puts their own slant on all of it, and believes what they want to believe. The end result is that we as a nation/world have been reduced to being unable to get truth/fact anymore at all. It has divided our world in ways that would have never seemed imaginable in the pre-internet world. We're an angrier society that feels less and less compassion and sense of morality, common sense or logic. Bottom line is, the world is a mess, and a mess like it has never been before. Sadly, it's gone to far to correct.
