I agree John. Most of us have done it for years. There is something envigorating about outdoors in the early morning.

Unless you find your self on the 20th floor of an open building [no siding yet] and it is 10 degrees out with a 5 mph or better breeze blowing, fresh air, go to work early in the morning, that's invigorating, I had toooooooooo many of those mornings. I'll sit in the rocking chair and look out the window, wait to 10 AM and then go out for a short walk, thank you.  Gosh am I old.
