Some promotional toy car for a 1986 event. "No batteries required" & "Produced in 1984...." This info is obvious, beyond that however, I haven't a clue. I can even determine what language this is. Looked Russian but the phrases can't be translated.
A TRUE MYSTERY!! Good luck David.
Anyone else?
I found Cnopm associated with a “sport” camera. http://www.earlyphotography.co.uk/site/entry_C251.html

Russian...hmmm... I could try again. Only this time I'll go right to the source. My best friend bought a Russian wife years ago. If this is written in Russian...she will know!
Stay tuned!
Am I reading this right, “bought a Russian wife”?

It is in Russian, can translate for you, but seems like Chris is on the mission...
Ok guys... My friend's wife (who was born & raised in Russia) can make out only a few words. Even she is stumped, therefore, I can go no further. Case closed for me. 😪
Anyone else? Chav?
just found this potentially related item that in 1986
4 May – Rock-Panorama-86 festival opens in Moscow.

The lettering on the car does look like Pan am 86 to me.

As Joe Friday would've said, "Frank has given a lead with some promise but it will require additional leg work to run it down." Give yourself a star Frank.

Is she really? She must be really young ... I was born in raised in Bulgaria (different language) but at the time the Soviet propaganda was everywhere in the old country.
It is actually very simple. Everything on the car and the box is written in Cyrillic.
Автомобиль = Automobile
Спорт = Sport
Сnорm = Sport
Ралли-86 = Rally-86
авmо = авто = auto
Note that "спорт" (like written on the top of the car) is written with cursive characters on the box: Сnорm = Спорт. Same applies to: авmо = авто
