Emma Chambers was fall on the floor funny as Alice. She appeared in Notting Hill as well. Sadly, she died a few years ago.

outstanding thanks John. Vicar of Dibley was indeed a great series. I loved the "no, no, no, no, yes!" character!

@paul-rouffa Yes that was a real shame. There are only two of the entire bunch left now; the Vicar and Hugo.
