here`s an absolute GEM of a cartoon show from 61 years ago Â

@bob-jackman...
..... the double entendres kept our parochial school,fifth-grade playgrounds abuzz with speculation.......it was wonderful then,and even today that we were (are) trusted with such complex plot designs
Cecil`s buddy,Louie the Loan Shark and Jack the Knife at 4:33
Hmm,Â
Seems I haven't read a correction here yet. I apologize that I was 101% wrong about Snidely and DJ.Â
Snidely was in the cartoons with Dudley Do- Right on the Rocky & Bullwinkle show.Â
I'm sorry I was so quick to mouth off and my fingers so itchy to post.Â
I shall step down off my pedestal now and crawl under my rocking chair in desperate despair.

gee Ward......doncha think you were kinda hard on the Beaver?
One of my faves!
Zeeky Banutski
The People’s Republic of Maryland
Cecil the sea sick sea serpent. Watched it a couple of times but not into kiddy cartoons by '62. Didn't compare to the older Roadrunner ['49] or the much better animation of Warner Brothers Bugs ['40] or Daffy ['37] or Merrie Melodies ['31]or The Flintstones ['60].
@brush You forgot The Jetsons Bruce!
That clears things up considerably......thanks Jack 😕
 "Bruce Bushman was a designer whose name you may not know, but whose work you've almost certainly seen. He worked on everything from the design of the Disneyland castle to episodes of The Flintstones TV show. But there's one project that Bushman worked on that sadly never became a reality: a Jetsons theme park ride."
