Amazing Picture - thanks for sharing.  Reminds me of my childhood in Zambia, which lies on the central African plateau (about 1050 M altitude compared to U.K.'s 40 M odd).  So when the sun sets it's as if someone flicked a light switch. Plus it gives burning orange skies above black shadowed landscape.
