clearly the "cadillac" of Rescue Trucks in the USA (the 1:1). This model represents a 1996 HME/Saulsbury with FDNY Rescue 5 livery (Staten Island).
From Fire Replicas, it is my first one and I gotta say, you can't believe the detail. Not inexpensive, but well worth it. Probably going to pick up a NYPD Emergency Services truck shortly.

More than once, I've been tempted to pick up at least a few of these, and others, because they're so well done. But just how many more "side collections" do I need? The answer here is, "None."

I think I will add an NYPD Emergency Service Unit and maybe the new FDNY Super Pumper and that will be it for me.

Yes, of course.... that's right! Like I said, I understand your attraction; the more one studies these well-crafted replicas, the more one discovers.
