It's simple Spanish logic. Everyone knows that the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plane. It's because they are closer to the clouds up there!

@jkuvakas I'm not sure weather Tony is drowning or not but he sure as hail just unleashed a torrent of metaphorical mumbo jumbo.......me...I'm just winging it on a simpler intellectual plane.
