Yes and it can be pitiful. Sometimes I wonder how they ever got anyone to hire them. Then I question their education. And sometimes  -  it's ME!

@jack-dodds  I've seen them advertised, but I have found that most running/walking shoes like this don't come in a 9EEE.  When I was at work, I wore Timberland boat shoes and when not at work - and every day, now - I am barefoot and I like it.  I have even gone out to check the mail in the winter and neighbors think I'm daft, but my legs and feet don't feel the cold, which is why I wear shorts all year, as well.
