No, I'm not a fan of the "hidden headlights", but OMG!, I am a fan of this '69 GTO!  This lean, mean, machine would be welcome in my garage/driveway anytime.

I am also not a particular fan of hidden headlights but there are several designs that wear it well.  This GTO is one and a couple others that come to mind are the '67-'68 Cougar, '69 Lincoln Continental, '69 Ford LTD.

A mean machine because of what's under the hood.

... funny you post this today, George.

Just yesterday I was admiring this GOAT 'vert.     I hate black interiors, love body side moldings, and hide-aways can be a PITA, but...  for some reason I really like this one - maybe because it's in such nice condition?    🤔 🤔 🤔   (but I do like the color - so very late '60's! )

I guess it's a GOAT-Monday!  😏

For George 2

@chris

I like it too!  You can't go wrong with a GTO.

My favorite year GTO.  I love the hideaway headlights, which incidentally were an extra cost option on both 1968 and 1969 GTOs.
