Well I suspect some trick photography there. And what leads me to say that is there's the same watch is on the wrist of each guy in the back seat waving at themselves. Otherwise you fooled me!

NO .. No this is real .. The back seat pass finger patterns are not the same .. and 1 hand has finger clutching
The other hand are more spread open
The shadowing is perfect for each directions of car travel
Front seat has a passenger
The other car does not have a front seat passenger
But hey ... what do I know ....
I'm still looking at the girl laying on the beach on her towel
