The funniest part of the ladder clip is when, right after the poor guy lands so hard, the "genuine" caller quickly says "and this has never happened before". The woman narrating then blames the floor. So caring....LOL.

I actually have a ladder like this. Bought it years ago when an Ace Hardware store went out of business. Fantastic ladder that many people have tried to buy from me. No way. It fits into a small space and is light enough to carry. I love it.
