My wife and I have had at least one, and as many as five dogs all of our married years. We lost our last one (Nick) about a year ago, and vowed never to get another one. My wife is 72, I am 73, so we figured we were much too old to get a puppy. We soon discovered that we were missing a huge part of our life. Meet little Miss Hanna!
We have an outside cat (Joecat)) who adopted me, who watches through the window and really seems to like her.
Very nice ! Hello Miss Hanna and Joecat ! Over the years, my family has had several wonderful dogs and cats ...... all of them valued and loved members of our family.
Is Miss Hanna a cockapoo? She sure is a cutie!
@jack-dodds Thanks, she’s a Poochon, a mix of a Toy Poodle and a Bichon Frise. She’s about four months old now and is totally hilarious and full of joy, just what we needed. Lot’s of work right now but worth it!
What a lucky Family you are! I predict that Miss Hanna will keep you both on your toes and bring you massive amounts of smiles and joy!

CONGRATULATIONS! Where's our cigars? HA!
Miss Hanna is adorable. So is Joecat! Teach them right and don't allow them to drive until they secure a valid learners permit!!
That's quite a commitment Kevins, but of course it's a labor of love. Congratulations! Have fun cleaning up the house, keeping up with her.... and chasing her down. And please.... don't overdo it on the toys. Does she really need that many? 🙄 🙄 🙄 😉 😉 😉
She is a cutie, but so is Joecat. Congrats buddy. She'll give you many days of joy and companionship.
Congratulations Kevin on the new baby. A year and a half ago we decided to bring inside Domino a cat that was an outside cat for years. The reason we didn't bring him in sooner was that we had Lucy who was our inside cat. Lucy did not get along with other cats. When Lucy passed away we decided to bring Domino inside to see what would happen since we also had Barkley our yellow lab/ golden retriever mix. Long story short, it has been a fantastic move for everyone. Domino immediately used the litter box, loves being inside and he and Barkley have become best buds. Love those critters as they make a house a home.
Wishing you so many happy moments together.
Your pup is adorable. We still have a Yorkie, (Lucky) he is 16 1/5 years old and still going strong, runs around like a stupid Puppy. Only problem is he is deaf and losing his eyesight. My wife and I have said we are not getting another dog as we are traveling more since 3 of our 4 kids moved away for jobs. So Lucky is having to spend a lot of time in the kennel. We can't take him with us as our kids have cats and he is not a fan.
