At least in my case, "patience"  today refers not so much being placed on hold but rather trying actually find a phone number to call.   FEW businesses even want to talk anymore, they'd rather you email, text, chat-bot, or reference "frequently asked questions."    😔 😔

The wait is bad enough but for me it's the crappy music interspersed with repeatedly being told how valued you are.....then finally getting through to what appears to be a call center in Calcutta.
