Steve I think that car is a rare one with air-conditioning. If these old eyes are correct that's an air vent above the radio in the center dash which was only there with factory air. One of my favorite color combo's too!My dad had a 60 Mercury Park Lane convertible in black/red...wish I had it today! One of the fenders from it probably is a Toyota now! LOL!!!

Looks like you're right David. Also appears to have a tach and the automatic headlight dimmer?
