Aw, Dennis now you've done it. Having been forced many times to eat my hat - the best plan is to..
grind up your hat, much like you would some beef, once ground down really fine, mix it in the morning with your oatmeal and yogurt and, voila, you're all done.
Chow down and enjoy, mate.
PS. Papaya is a nice extra too.
