The narrow white walls ruin the look of the second Hudson and Studebaker.
Original cars need period correct looking tires.

Spoils the entire look of the car. They spend God knows how much on the resto and cheap out........
on the wrong width whitewalls. Doesn't make sense to me.

I HATE "wrong period" whitewalls too but these guys will tell you it's all about the ride quality.
Drive on "period correct" bias-ply tires then swap them for "wrong period" radials. "Night & Day!"
I believe Coker Tire carries "period correct" radials.
