The streets in Greenville, NC, could be of the many there that are under water because of the rivers overflowing from the recent hurricane rains. Much of Greenville's fast growth has resulted from a small East Carolina Teachers College becoming the booming East Carolina University.

These are great fun. If I look hard enough at some of them I can see myself on my heavy metal two wheeler, basket in front, heading off to the hobby shop to see if there are any new AMT's or Revells.

Originally from Detroit, I didn't recognize the building. No wonder; it was demolished in 1931...
... as it was deemed too small for the fast growing population of the city.
