If I am in this situation, I will have to serenate the officer with the song "A-B-C-D", starting with M will be quite challenging, alternatively I can easily recite the Cyrillic alphabet starting with M ... but that would be dangerous for passing a sobriety test. "Malphabet" is a great escape, too bad I won't come up with such a genius thought.

I give the guy an "A" for likely being under the influence and yet being able to come up quickly with the answer he did. I'd say, he's okay.
