When I started in 1973 Cypress, CA had a mix of Jeeps, Ford (I believe) half-tons and 1969 Valiants. Later in years (the 💩 years) we still had the two former along with a mix of dark blue Pinto hatchbacks and bright greenish-yellow Chevettes. I credit a customer on my route for saving me from injury one day when the Pinto hatch hinge broke and it tweaked and came down hard. The customer had come outside to say hi so I stood up to talk to her as the lift-over wasn’t very high. Thank-you again Mrs.Bray

@brush My French Post Office 1/24 Citroen 2CV arrived the other day to go with my rather plain French Post Office diorama.

I bought this Danbury model several years ago cheap.
It needed major cleaning but everything was there.
The front says Willys so it's probably an early model;
the ones I drove had an AMC 6 then later an Audi 4 cylinder.
