This is newly-elected Senator Smith in front if the U.S. Capitol building. It is the automobiles that are interesting !

Something I think often when looking at photographs of almost any capitol. It speaks to a sense of balance and reason, not having security barriers everywhere.

Well, the automobiles might still be around or at least could be restored. I don't think that's true of Senator Smith !
