and equipped with a functional spotlight, on the left windshield pillar. I've customized a similar car, in the past, and believe like many of you that it doesn't lend itself to this style. Many of you know that I'm a fan of 'less is more' and rarely add items to a car but always take some away.
My intent, with the two photoshopped photos, was to see how it would look with just a few accent pieces of trim. It's an elegant body style with one of the most classic rooflines seen on an automobile. The most difficult, time consuming edit was to remove the open cowl vent and add the right windshield trim and wiper.

As in most of my edits, I tend to clean up the background and remove items that blatantly detract from the car itself.

Your cleaning up the background and revealing the Pietro Belluschi-esqe architecture reminds me how extraordinarily modern the U.S. cityscape actually was when these classics cars were new. What we may think is early 1960s or late '50s can often be 1940s and your retouched Cadillac looks perfect in this setting.
