So I decided see what it would look like as an early custom survivor, and just added a photo with smaller rims and larger tires, more fitting to the period.
As found:
When treated to some mild customizing:
With smaller, period correct rims and larger tires:
In my opinion, this one looks very much like a much earlier custom that perhaps sat for a few decades.
