Both beauties, but my vote goes to the more linear Chevrolet.
Still likin the Plymouth with the stand up fins. Not likin the Chevy.
I like both. I like the Impala a touch more for its iconic tailfin legend!
Easy one today! An absolute no-brainer no-contest! The CHEVY! And since my first car was a white '59 Impala (with red interior), no doubt this has influenced my opinion. With regard to the Plymouth, I always they look cheapish after the (only somewhat) better looking '58s.

Chevy for me.
Retired in Dunedin, Florida.
Chevy for me but I do like the Plymouth.
Plymouth, all day, every day. I still like the Chevy, but the Plymouth has always been a favorite. My Uncle Charlie had a beautiful '59 Fury.🤑
Chevy styling too weird for me.
Plymouth is not going to win a beauty contest either, but better looking than the Chevy.
If I was going to buy a '59 GMC it would have been the Pontiac, if a C.C. it would have been the Dodge.
Today I vote Plymouth.
Do not like the nose or the tail on the Chevy. So my vote is Plymouth.
I really like both and have replicas of each of them in various scales. Both are dramatic automobiles that were advertised with some cool commercials back in their day.
Taste vary for 1959. Of the two, I choose the Plymouth although I would not buy either.
I voted for the Chevy. I have loved it for almost 60 years. The Plymouth looks a terrible redo of the 57.
