The easiest choice for me in the history of this forum! GP!

A choice I don't have to fret over! That Merc is nice. But I've always had a love affair with the GP.

Beautiful cars and in an excellent color here ! The black vinyl top really sets them both off very nicely and there was great V-8 power under the hood delivering their hp right to the rear wheels.
Mr. Bono, please remind me again what we're voting for here; a VW Beetle against which new Rolls Royce??
With Mr. Kuvakas' outburst that lasted so early into the morning, I can't read the choice for the room reverberating!!
OK, Merc did a fine job in making such a big car. But that Poncho in Grand Prix clothing, is more handsome and balanced and it garners my vote like a siren's call !!
I agree with everyone. The Pontiac for sure. I think the Mercury grill is horrible and the Pontiac’s is ok. To me the body designs are not to far apart. The yellow color on both is sad. I have seen both these cars in better color choices. I think these may be 1970 cars but I could be mistaken. The Mercury had a flatter grill for 69 and more pronounced for 70.
Pontiac for the big win. What charisma!

Anybody care to guess my choice, lol? 😁
Nice choices John. I like both very much but lean to the Pontiac. Lot of fuss going on today.
John your ability to find like colored comparisons is amazing. In this comparison the Mercury didn't stand a chance against the GP. Pontiac and I love the color on both cars.
Wow John,
I don’t consider the Montego to be in the same class as the GP so I’m choosing the GP sans vinyl top and please make it the SJ model for Steve Jacobs ! Thank-you !
I like the Mercury very much; it is a lovely car to drive and looks great, but it's no match for the Grand Prix.
No interest. In 1969, would have bought a Oldsmobile Delta.
