You are correct Bob.  The larger Dodge Polara had its own unique rear end from the smaller Dart series Dodges.  The Polara looks much better IMO.

I would have thought I’d pick the 60 1st, but looking at the three of them. I’m going with the ‘62, it has aged very well and looks so much better than the other two. The 60 is next and in a distant 3rd, the very sad ‘61.

@brush the '61 model pictured is a Dart, not a Polara.   Still a very nice automobile.  The '61 Polara was a tad longer with different tail lamps shooting out from the sides of those reverse-slant fins.   Both the '60 and '61 hardtops benefit from the dramatic looks of MOPAR's 'sky high' rear window.  The '62 is my least favorite, although I enjoy the rare occasion that I see one.  That particular '60 Polara is tops on my list; I actually drove it yesterday.
