Long and low and very tempting.
YES SIR! Even if you were a Ford man!
I don't care for the '63 Chevy but this pic sure makes it look great. Wider & lower does it.

Dad had a '63 Econoline for his electrical business while Mom got the '63 Country Squire in vintage burgundy. I remember that wagon and I absolutely loved it. I also love the 63 Impalas. If I had to choose between a Chevy or a Ford it would definitely be a toss-up for me. Steve
I never considered myself a Ford or Chevy man. I've owned both and loved both. Just a 'car' guy I guess.YES SIR! Even if you were a Ford man!

I'm really a car guy at heart too. If I had unlimited finances there'd be so many different cars I'd own. I might even throw in a Cadillac... Steve
This period is perfectly exemplified by flat, shining, sheet metal with chrome edges and this image captures just that.
I'll bite...hook, line and sinker...one of my favorite Chevrolets of the '60s!

@jkuvakas This post reminded me of the exaggerated illustrations of Art Fitzpatrick and Van Kaufman in the ‘60’s. Imagine the poor guy who looked at the brochure and went to the dealership to discover that the Pontiac he was interested in was half as wide as the illustration.
@kevins Art Fitzpatrick and Van Kaufman are right up there with Alberto Vargas (Varga Girls), Norman Rockwell and Rene Gruau, for creating truly contemporary 20th century art.

+1 here ! What's not to love about that beautiful Impala rear end treatment with that gorgeous trim and triple tail lights. Steve
