@bob-jackman Having lived on the west coast of British Columbia in the Pacific NW for 60 odd years, I know that when it gets cold enough to snow there the dampness can really chill your bones so to speak. I now live in Alberta and it can be much colder here temperature-wise but not feel near as cold in your core.
