Some say it's impossible to roll a 2 CV

Kinda looks that way.

Put enough weight on those roof racks it will go. 

Good try but the balance always seems to keep it wheels side down. Put a cow on the roof and it might turn out differently.

drive it fast in reverse and it will go.....

For those who haven't see this one. 

Some could say it's tough to roll a 2CV forward, on its wheels, floored.....I knew a woman who owned one in France and apparently 'acceleration' wasn't even an applicable concept.

Let me focus on 'something' else to roll...lol..and don't 'bogart' it either. Whatever that means.
