Obviously, these trucks need to stop, in doing so, they allow the elephants to snack, but this action simply reinforces their behavior. These elephants have learned to stop traffic for a "treat."

THEN,along the pathway to the promised wash bays,we install giant dangerous underground angry cats to wait quietly for falling elephants
within 4 to 7 days,all the sweet tooth elephants will have been captured and relocated to sugar free plantations
I doubt that the suggestion of a boring job as a car sprayer to pay for sugar cane they already boost for free will attract the rogue elephants JayBee. The last thing they want is those steadily depressing, low-down mind messing, working at the car wash blues.
