Back in the days of enhancement supplements.....you could find a comfortable place to lie by the Lava Lamp, accompanied by Steppenwolf on a looping 8-track....spend a few hours contemplating the improbable concept of a Lead (sp) Zeppelin......then move on to the sometimes even trickier like "Tubular Bells"................... 🙃 🤤 😪 😴

Mike Oldfield was amazing. But, for me, the real mind-blower was Tomita and his album "Pictures at an Exhibition" and "The Great Gate of Kiev," all synth and groundbreaking for its time.

@john-barry, fascinating! "Picture At An Exhibition" was originally written by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky (I had to look it up).
