@sizedoesmatter With the Xray upside down, they had the placement of the first incision wrong. They had to make the second to correct it and go in to the correct position.
Sort of like the guy who had his leg amputated. When they realized they hacked off the wrong limb by mistake, they had to rectify it by removing the 'real' bad leg. The biggest shame of the matter though, was that no court in the nation would allow the patient to sue for malpractice. Ya see, he didn't have a leg to stand on!
@perrone1 LOL!! That's a real tragedy; the poor guy seems stumped for recourse....how belittling to be undeservedly knocked down a peg or two! I assume his request to be seen at a higher court level to state his appeal would just increase his level of frustration.

Yes, suddenly height challenged, he'd need a high chair to plead his case to the high court. He's now head-over-heels in debt.
@perrone1 LOL! When you consider his level of shame and anger over this tragic issue I would recommend he take control of his life; walk away (as it were) from it all, get a stump, a snip and tuck plus implants and change his name to Peggy.
