LOL...love it! The expression of anger and the cry for attention is behind it of course. We had our version of the same but IMHO it was mild by comparison and the rage and disrespect was not as palpable.

"...hard not to stare at people like that but it's difficult, and I think they WANT the attention!"
I've said it before - every generation suffers these idiosyncrasies. In high school, with our torn jeans, platform shoes, being high all the time, long hair, etc... we too were deemed "freaks." The "bizarre kids" of today are no more "weird" than we were, just different. This was my HS I.D. in the late '70's/early '80's. I rest my case... 🙄 🙄

That ain't you! That's that rock star - what is his name, I forget? LOL! I had long hair for a short time when I first got out of the Army in '68. Had a 'stach for just over 20 years too, but haven't since about '90.
Well, I was a singer back then, but many thought I resembled Carlos Santana (🤔 🤨) even though I didn't play guitar (too stupid ). You, OTOH, could've been Charles Bronson's stunt double! 😀 😀
@sizedoesmatter Yep John, just another Italian in a Doo-Wop group... 😏 😎 😏
YEAH! Another clean-cut kid, part of the group on the street corner. But John, you don't blend - you harmonize! Part of the foursome. You could have been part of the Jersey Boys!!
@chris YES! For sure Chris, I can see Carlos Santana. You're a younger, more viral sort, I think. But me as Bronson? Nah; he's too short. Bond. Now I can see me as Bond. James Bond:
