I get a daily email from the Cadillac Society. It's an update of all things Cadillac. I just now got to yesterday's alert and it is VERY interesting.
(A late April Fool's!!)
A new car designed to look old...not for me, thank you.

I'm with you John. About the only such new car designed to look old that I cared for was the Prowler. I came close to buying one but it fell short of expectations. If it had a 6 speed manual and V-8 ... different story.
Keep in mind that this Caddy was just an April Fool's prank by the Cadillac Society.
You guys laugh (I do too ) I'm all but certain, however,... somewhere out there, there's one that looks just like this. I'll never forget in the early '90's, the "Wildcat trim package" available as a dealer-installed option on most Buicks.
One could add all this crap: extra thick padded roof w/thick aluminum band, C-pillar lights, pin stripes, wire wheels, rear skirts.... To say it was hideous was an understatement! But if you're willing to pay for "stuff" like that today, the dealer will take your money!
Even if it is April 1, it looks pretty good ! Even better if it is the Northstar V-8 and with all or rear-wheel drive.

The Blackwing's do have rear wheel drive and nasty-fast V-8 power Mike!
Very nice, Tony !
