LOL, I'm sure many of us will hands down agree that those "steamed up car windows" are forever more memorable than whatever movie that was playing on the screen.

Wow I remember going to the drive-in with my older cousin and my dad to see the Robe. I had blankets and pillows and slept thru most of the movie. But I was with my dad as always.
...those were more-or-less all gone by the time I was "of age." OTOH, motels were dirt cheap, so.... 😏 😏

First time at the drive in my Mother wanted us to see Gone with Wind. I must have fallen asleep. Many years later I saw it on TV and didn't remember half of it.
