"Do Not Insert Charging Connection In Mouth Or Rectum." Well, I guess if people are nuts enough to swallow Tide pods - this notice is, indeed, needed!!
....the problem is that we "warn" these folks, essentially protecting them. It's the classic catch-22, the more we "save," the more there are to save. I say, if one truly enjoys "rectal-current," let them!
Fair enough. But if you are desperate to use the only working charger for miles around and someone is busy with a lengthy spell of prostatic galvanism, you might be less inclined to feel tolerant.

@graeme-ogg Good point Graeme! On a separate note I feel the warning posted on the recharging station is sexist....I mean no problem for guys but the direction only leaves this poor woman with one other option. I see lawsuits coming!
The problem is stupid people can reproduce. I say don't put warnings on anything! It will thin out the Gene Pool.

The other problem with warning labels is that they assume people can or will read them. In todays world we have warning labels on every imaginal product, and it's proven that they do not deter people to NOT use the product.

Case in point George:
The size of a car owner's manual today is filled with warnings and cautions with lengthy explanations making them the size of a paperback novel. I guess people had more sense pre-1975 because the manuals have just a handful of warnings. Here's some owner's manuals from the sixties that you can actually read in less than an hour.

You're lucky... I don't receive "manuals" anymore, just thin "user guides." For in-depth answers, explanations, or a comprehensive index I need to either go online, "chat" with a rep. or consult the car itself and read/listen to each feature's definition.
I truly miss the days where EVERY answer was in ONE book called your owner's manual! 😔 😔 😔
