Gotta love that football catch and release.  As far as the fellow who did a back flip on the side of a mountain . . . YIKES!  I wonder if he is still alive these days.

Amazing!  I am embarrassed to say that I can only do one of those well.....the shirt ripping thing.....well almost the same as the guy in the clip; just a bit lower on the torso.  Basically the same though.....
