My wife and I have just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary.
What am I saying! Celebrated? Let me re-phrase: 40 years have now passed since we got married. Yeah, that's what I meant to say.
Anyway, in a fit of outrageous, money-no-object enthusiasm, I got her a card. In these Covid-ridden times, and given my position on the socially-dysfunctional spectrum, it seemed doubly appropriate.
Pardon me for even suggesting it, but the sentiment may just strike a faint chord with some of you.

@graeme-ogg Graeme you have an uncanny knowledge of the way to a woman's heart. BTW....I love what you've done with your hair and ensemble; the pic says it all.
Yes indeed. That's me showing my feminine side, although actually I look much the same from both sides. I did decide some years ago to grow some facial hair, but instead of addressing me as Mary-Lou people just started calling me The Bearded Lady. You can't win.

Don't listen to them Graeme; stay strong and be proud of who you are.....or whatever. Btw; you could maybe make some decent coin by joining the circus! The Bearded Lady is an age old favorite that never gets stale; take it from an old, washed up clown.
