LOL, subjective for sure! Ranking anything is subjective. And each of us having our OWN lists of whatever it is that we are ranking is what makes for some stimulating conversations.

@jkuvakas If I had 12 choices I would have included them AND also The 1910 Fruit Gum Company.....it was a tough call.

I was never a fan of the Beatles - did like a few of their songs but did not care for the band as such. Jack, you have some great choices.
Personally, I can't list favorite bands without including Chicago and Journey!

I hear ya guys, I have way too many to list, lol. Skynyrd is my all time fave. Seen 'em six times live, they never disappoint. 💯😊

I would add The Byrds, Cream, Pink Floyd, The Jeff Beck Group, Traffic, John Mayall Bluesbreakers, …. 😱

My favorites are the big bands like Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, etc. where musicians were known for their talent not amplified noise.
