I’d say that was a lasting relationship. Good vibes.

Candace and me too....when she occasionally lets me get a word in edgewise.
I'm just going out to the toolshed to see if Mrs Ogg has any pertinent comment on enduring marital bliss, although by this time in the evening she will be on her second or third glass of paraquat and tonic water and any response may be a touch incoherent (or unrepeatable)

Well. I gave her the gist of the video and asked whether it reflected her own experience in any way. She looked me in the eye and seemed about to give a vocal response, but as many of you will know very well, after 30 or 40 years of marriage words are sometimes unnecessary to express one's inner sentiments. She just caught me on the side of the head with a cricket bat. It was a skilful shot in such a confined space in semidarkness, and I admit I experienced a moment of grudging admiration for the lady before consciousness faded.
I think we can take it as a "no".

Bernadette and I have been together over 55 years and we never had a fight...if you believe that would you be interested in a bridge in Brooklyn?

@sizedoesmatter, LOL! I agree! Fights are part of learning to live together. Once you mature to the place where you realize the argument is not a threat to the relationship, just a disagreement, they become fewer and farther between.
In Graeme's case, it is likely more healthy to avoid any confrontation at all. Personally, I have always admired and deeply respected a woman who could handle a cricket bat.
