I favor the first one. It definitely hints at Lincoln of the '60's and is refined and elegant. I even like the understated wheel covers.

The second one looks too much like a Lincoln trying to masquerade as a Roller. The wheels are totally different, the front end squared off instead of rounded, top and bottom, and I prefer the first one with hidden door handles. And by 'favor', I really mean, LOVE the first car!
